Taylor Kolon is devoted to his family, cultivating his relationships, and being a resource for others. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Taylor has lived in Ohio since 2010 with his wife Mandy, daughter Elena and son Grant. They lived in Clintonville until January 2020 when they moved to their new home in the brand-new Evans Farm community in Lewis Center.

As a co-founder of of the reEquity Group, Taylor's background and experience in athletics and sales taught him a lot about teamwork, staying positive and giving the best effort. It gives him a solid foundation in which to build and support his team, therefore benefiting the many home buyers and sellers he works with. The combination of Taylor’s driven entrepreneurial spirit with his collaborative mindset results in an enjoyable and valuable experience for clients.

Taylor is passionate about helping others and numerous non-profit organizations, especially those serving
children, including Gallant Few, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Sam’s Fans, No Kid Hungry and Pelotonia.

Zach Pavol brings a rare combination of corporate strategy experience and hands-on real estate leadership to every client and agent he works with. Before launching reEquity Group, Zach spent his career in the corporate world — starting as a consultant, and eventually as a Product Lead at JPMorgan Chase, where he led the implementation and global scaling of AI-driven products. That background gave him a deep understanding of how to build systems, use technology to solve problems, and scale operations — skills he now applies daily to real estate.

Today, Zach is co-owner of reEquity Group and a partner at PLACE, leading one of the top real estate teams in Central Ohio. Together, he and his co-founders have built a local team with a combined 150+ years of real estate experience, giving clients and agents access to a depth of knowledge rarely found under one roof.

Zach's mission is twofold. For agents, Zach is focused on helping them launch and grow thriving real estate businesses, using the same systems-thinking and technology-driven approach that defined his corporate career. For clients, he and his team serve as a single point of contact for everything needed to buy, own, and sell real estate — connecting people with the right resources at the right time so they can achieve their real estate wealth goals with confidence.

Zach is deeply experienced and genuinely passionate about partnering with others to help them reach their goals — whether that's a family buying their first home, an investor building long-term wealth, or an agent building a career they're proud of.

Outside of work, Zach is a dedicated family man and community advocate. A graduate of Ohio University, he has lived in Ohio his entire life, growing up in Reynoldsburg and now residing in Gahanna with his wife, Stephanie, and sons, Luke and Thompson. He's also a supporter of local charity organizations focused on education and housing equality.

Brian Kemp has been a full time agent in Central Ohio since 1988 and has served thousands of families in the area throughout his career. He is an active member of the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Club and has been awarded all of the Columbus Realtors awards including 2008 Realtor of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award. He has earned the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), the most highly regarded honor in the industry.

Brian, along with 6 of Columbus’ leading real estate professionals, opened Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty in August of 2002. It was the first Keller Williams office in Ohio and has grown significantly over the years under Brian's leadership.

As a co-founder of reEquity Group, Brian has grown the team to include the best Listings Specialists, Buyer Consultants, Clients Support Team and Marketing Specialists in the area. He devotes his time to excellence in customer service, personal relationships and service to the community.

Brian is a member of several area Chambers of Commerce, area real estate associations and the Ohio and National Associations of Realtors. As an active member of the Columbus Realtors, Brian has served on the Professional Standards Committee, CORPAC Governing Board and the Benevolence Committee.

Brian is pleased to give back to the community he serves. He is past President of the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio and a past Board Member and Wish Volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Brian is an active member of First Congregational Church, having served on various stewardship, worship and fellowship committees. He is passionate about his family, historic preservation, home renovation, landscape design, golfing, boating, cooking, reading and traveling.
