Stan is an operations leader with a strong track record in team development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. After spending six years in Pennsylvania near his family, he recently returned to Columbus and now lives in Grandview. Stan currently serves as an Operations Manager at PLACE and previously spent nearly seven years at USAA in roles supporting large service delivery teams and developing emerging leaders. He's deeply passionate about real estate and helping others achieve their financial goals. Stan brings a people-focused, growth-minded approach to every team he supports.
